We will help you with answers to your questions about Danish ships and seafarers, foreign ships in Danish waters and maritime regulation.

We will put you in contact with the sections or persons who have the best competences for answering your questions or we will find the answer for you. If you would like a comment from our Executive Board, we can also be of assistance.

Here you can find photos of the Executive Board of the Danish Maritime Authority.

The photos are at your free disposal in connection with articles for which members of the Executive Board has given a statement; however, the Danish Maritime Authority should be given as the source.

It is not permitted to circulate the photos to third parties, for example for sales purposes.

Danish Maritime Authority logos​

The logo of the Danish Maritime Authority is protected by copyright. When using the logo of the Danish Maritime Authority, you must make an agreement hereon beforehand in each individual case. Please contact the Danish Maritime Authority if you want to use the logo.

  • Do not change the colour and form of the logo.
  • No other graphical elements must be added to the logo unless it has been agreed beforehand with the Danish Maritime Authority.
  • The logo must not be used as misleading advertising, inter alia as a sign that we recommend one manufacturer or one product rather than others, or as a guarantor of particular products.
  • The logo must not be used for purposes, activities or events that are incompatible with the politics of the Danish Maritime Authority. The logo must, in no circumstances, be reproduced for purposes that are illegal or that are contrary to public morals.
  • The Danish Maritime Authority may require the logo removed if the use of the logo goes against these guidelines.
