Order and pay for surveys

You can request surveys of ships and diving equipmen online, by email and by telephone

Once the online survey request has been processed, you will receive an email with the information fed into the system.

However, the survey request is not confirmed until you have received an email containing the final date(s) from the survey office.

Remember that you must not provide sensitive personal information, such as CPR number, in the form below.

You can request surveys by calling our booking phone number: +45 72 19 60 08.

The lines are open on workdays from 11 am to 2 pm.

It is encouraged that you book a survey via the self-service solution or per. mail and only exceptionally by telephone.
