Inform about conversions

If your ship is converted, you are required to inform the Danish Maritime Authority about this.

You can inform us about a conversion via our online form:

Once the information has been submitted, you will receive an email containing the information inserted.

However, the reporting of the information will not have been confirmed until you have received an email receipt from the survey office containing information about the case number, case worker and any survey date.​
