Issues regarding emails to Radio Medical Denmark

Due to the war in Ukraine and the increased cyber threat against Denmark, the Region of Southern Denmark has decided to introduce additional security measures on their email servers.

This means, that emails sent with a Radio Medical record attached will end up in the spam filter instead of directly to Radio Medical Denmark’s inbox, rmd@rsyd.dk. Radio Medical is notified, but will have to contact the IT department to receive the email. Extra response time must be expected.

We are currently working on resolving this issue. In case of urgent medical problems, contact Radio Medical Denmark by phone.
