What does the law say?

​​​​​The Danish Maritime Authority stipulates health, safety and environmental requirements in connection with diving operations in Danish waters and from Danish ships.

The applicable legislation in the area area the act on diving operations and order no. 1395 on the safe performance of diving operations. Furthermore, legislation has been laid down related to offshore diving operations, diving equipment, diving education and training and medical examinations.
