Maritime Regulation and Legal Affairs

Maritime Regulation and Legal Affairs is responsible for ensuring that the laws and regulations within the Danish Maritime Authority's area of responsibility are up-to-date and easily understandable, caters for the need of the industry, seafarers and the wider society, and promote growth and safety at sea. The office is also the Authority's legal secretariat and provides legal advice internally within the Authority.
