Renaming of other routes in Kattegat

The present route A between Grenå and Anholt is adjusted to the south and change its name to route D.

The present route D between Anholt and the Sound is cancelled and replaced by a recommended direction for traffic, which is intended for the few ships to and from the Sound with a depth more than 10 meters.
