Reporting of information about vessels participating in larger construction works

At larger cpnstruction works at sea in Danish waters, where Danish and foreign vessels and maritime units are participating, the Danish Maritime Authority must receive information before the vessels enter service about the involved ships and maritime units.

The form below must be filled out and sent to the Danish Maritime Authority before the vessels enter service and at changes after which the authority will process the case.

Add attachments (e.g. Excel) with informations about associated ships and maritime vesseels. Information must include name of vessel, IMO-number, callsign, flagstate, ship type, contact person and when the vessel is expected to arrive and depart from the building and construction site.
