How to register as a Pilotage Service Provider

The Danish Maritime Authority has the overall responsibility for safety in Danish and Greenlandic waters. Therefore, all Pilotage Service Providers that whant to perform tasks in Danish and Greenlandic waters must be registered in the Danish Maritime Authority's Pilotage Service Provider register.

How to do

  • Fill in all mandatory fields in the application form
  • Attach the required documentation mentioned in section 3, subsections 1 og 2 in the executive order

On the basis of the acknowledged and approved application and documentation, the Danish Maritime Authority registers and informs the applicant.
